Awarness to go inwards is essential to find you true self and to love your self and self realization. So in many ways People in the west has lost the noble way of living as your self. So Alexander Teerth is trying to help you to find back to the self and your self. A self that is playful and creative. Pust Yoga's founder is Alexander Teerth, a yogi since he started self-study from the age of 14. Alexander is also a physiotherapist , painter, writer, poet and has work many years as a HSEQ adviser in Norway. Pust Yoga har mottatt dekning forskjellige medier i Norge. Med vår online pusteundervisning og yoga -økter vil du bli en yogi -læring enten fysisk på et kurs eller online. Jeg vet at denne undervisningen vil hjelpe deg med å helbrede og finne ditt ekte fjes, som ligger under alle de masker man har bygget opp med over et langt liv med å tilpasse seg ytre krav og stress.
Det er i PUST yoga et rolig fokus yoga som knytter pust, pusteøvelser, kropp og sjel inn i ett. det gjør at man knytter seg til beeing / eller den kraften som ligger bak tid, rom og sted. I Pust yoga brukes asana, pranayama, full yogapust, samt andre pusteteknikker. Det er rolig og fokuset er for å ha "Fokus uten stress/unødvendige spenninger. Du lærer hvorfor bevissthet rundt egen pust er viktig for å takle stress, samt å knytte deg til den kilden som ligger i dypet i oss alle og som knytte oss til alt rundt oss. Denne kilden som ligger i oss alle har alltid er der, men som vi ofte mister kontakten med gjennom at vi aldri er i kontakt med de dyperer lagene i oss selv. Vi lever i overflaten og mister perspektiv på våre liv.

Alexander Teerth is a yogi and has from the age of 14 years old used breathing exercises and yoga to becom more aware of the bodies signal and the signal in the breath. I have practiced different kind og yoga and breathwork since i was very young . Some off and on, But for the 20 last years i have done it on daily basis. This teaching made me realise that in me there is a wisdom that is beyond the mind, beyond knowledge. So when i was around 26 years old this wisdom open up more and more. That is also when i meet Vasant Swaha for the first time. This meeting was very importen for me to realize what has happend. I understood that my teaching Pust yoga had lead to my self-realization. All these these years of yoga and breath practice had opend my buddha mind.

Did you know that in the West at average People breathe 15-20 breathes per minute, but that in yogic understanding, the healthiest breath is when it is at rest at 4-6 breaths per minute?
A lot of research has been done on the effect of what you call slow breathing in the West. It turns out that this has incredible numbers of preventive health effects for body and mind. Breath yoga is Hatha yoga but with more focus on pranayama and BREATH incredible ability to create miracles in body,mind and soul. PUST has the main focus on pranayama, but all 7 other parts are also included in the method.
